Maginus makes mail order work harder for Nisbets.

Nisbets chose Maginus Commerce Software to help them further improve their customer service levels. In the call centre, Maginus provides CRM functionality to ensure maximum customer service with sales operators having immediate access to customer information including previous orders, returns, web enquiries, etc. In addition to strong front office functions, Maginus provides Nisbets with sophisticated warehouse management facilities to provide accurate control and management of stock.

Nisbets plan to take advantage of the fully integrated web solution which will allow customers to check information such as stock availability online, see pricing discounts and status of orders, etc.
