You will use your application and business knowledge, together with your consulting skills, to assist clients in the delivery of business change projects in a way that enables Professional Services to deliver revenue and margin in line with the overall business plans.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of the functionality of applications sold and implemented by Maginus. Maintain and develop industry-specific knowledge and deploy it effectively on projects and internally.
Analysis of client business requirements offering best practice, cost effective solutions.
Analysis of current client business processes and recommendation of improved future business processes. Use knowledge of business process re-engineering to help clients deliver successful process improvements assisted by the software.
Analysis of gaps between current/future client business processes and standard application solutions.
Production of project documentation such as process documentation, Business Requirement Specifications, Gap analysis documents and process diagrams.
Drive forward consulting quality and value by following consistent consultancy processes and methodologies. To contribute to the further development of the Maginus consulting processes and methodologies.
Relevant experience implementing at least 5 ERP projects (of which 3 should be medium to large scale implementations).
Excellent understanding of the solutions that can be deployed to deliver tangible benefits.
Experience across a wide range of business processes such as: purchasing, warehouse management, fulfilment, sales processing, marketing and CRM, manufacturing and finance.

They actively support the development of the overall consulting team and are pro-active in their own self development.

Develop, test and implement code to the department and industry technical specifications and standards
Clear understanding of multi-tier Web application architecture
Front-end and Back-end development
Participates in the full SDLC (Agile), including meetings, iterative development and estimation sessions
Deliver project assignments on time and with high quality
Work with business analysts to understand and implement complex business functionality
Collaborating with Designers, QA, and other Software Engineering resources in designing, implementing and integrating solutions
Work closely with other systems teams to improve cross-team resolution of issues, where appropriate
Support effective configuration and release management of software delivered
Capable of liaising with clients and managing their demands and expectations
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience with continuous integration and testing tools
Interest in developing the organisation, building and documenting processes, and evaluating tools
Knowledge of good practice around usability, maintainability and accessibility
