Maginus to showcase multi channel solutions at RBTE 2011

Maginus is exhibiting multi channel solutions at RBTE.

Maginus will be demonstrating its full range of multi-channel capabilities at Retail Business Technology Expo (RBTE) in March. These include Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft AX for Retail (POS and retail HQ capabilities), Maginus eCommerce and kiosks, along with the Maginus Multi-Channel Commerce capabilities which helps to create a world class multi-channel retail solution.

Maginus' multi-channel retail solutions allow our retail customers to deliver the full multi-channel customer experience that customers now expect. Using Maginus multi channel solutions, retailers can allow their customers to deal with them at a time and place that suits the customer. This means that customers can take advantage of click & collect where customers can view items online and then go in-store to pick them up, as well as returning goods in-store that have been bought online. Alternatively they can order goods from their mobile and have them delivered to their door etc. Maginus delivers all of this capability from a fully integrated solution, using one database where all business rules, pricing, promotions etc. are managed.

Maginus also offers in-house web agency services such as SEO consultancy, management of PPC campaigns, multi-variate testing and web analytics services. Such services allow retailers to increase the number of visitors to a site, maximise the conversion rates and improve profits.
Maginus can also host retailers systems and eCommerce sit via its Cloud Services. Retailers will be able to call on resources from the Cloud as they are needed as well as rapidly deploy new infrastructure and services.

Russell Dorset, Sales and Marketing Director at Maginus, said, “This exhibition will allow retail executives to get a much broader understanding of what’s available to them to help deliver a true multi-channel experience to their customers. We’re looking forward to sharing our products and services with attendees to the show.”
