Maginus launch Multi-channel commerce solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics AX

Maginus, UK experts of software and services for retail and distribution, has launched the Multi Channel Commerce (MCC) Solutions powered by Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. MCC provide management systems for companies that trade across multiple channels enabling companies to manage their businesses from a single database bringing increased efficiencies, improved customer service and ultimately increased turnover.

MCC gives companies comprehensive control over multi-channel sales, CRM, Catalogue management, promotions, procurement, fulfilment, warehousing and customer service. This unparalleled solution allows companies to market, sell and deliver products and services to customers via retail outlets, the web, catalogue and mail order, telesales, trade counter and field sales.
