Simon Weeks has over 15 years senior management experience and software industry expertise from previous roles in sales management, consulting, customer services and systems development. Prior to joining Maginus, Simon held senior roles in a number of global technology companies including: K3 Business Technology Group PLC, NASDAQ Listed Ross Systems Inc., Visibility Corporation and Cincom Systems Inc.
Rick has spent the last 19 years working in IT. With previous experience at Vertex, Marks & Spencer, Fine Décor and the Boddington Group, he has developed expertise in software-assisted process transformation. He has a successful track record in project delivery and is a specialist in CRM. As Director of Professional Services, he is responsible for looking after the customer delivery arm at Maginus, overseeing the successful delivery of new systems, upgrades and customer-specific modifications.
Russell Dorset has over 20 years’ experience in the software industry in a range of senior sales, marketing and operational management roles. As Director of Sales and Marketing, he drives the sales of Maginus’ business management systems :– Maginus ERP the company’s flagship solution for multi-channel retail and distribution, and Dynamics AX Microsoft’s mid-market solution. Russell joined Maginus from K3 Business Technology Group plc where he was Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Russell was a divisional Director at Misys plc.
Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the software industry including roles in software development, consulting, sales and general management. He previously worked for Visibility Corporation, a US-based ERP company, where he was Managing Director of their European subsidiary. Before joining Visibility, Mark gained experience working for Mentec International, where he spent ten years. As Director of e-Commerce he advises on all areas of e-Commerce development, including usability, search engine optimisation, affiliate marketing and back office integration.
Simon joined Maginus 10 years ago from the Lord Chancellor’s Department (now the Department of Constitutional Affairs) where he was involved in the early design and testing stages of the development of the Statute Law Database. As Director of Managed Services, Simon is responsible for Maginus’ Technical Services business unit. Terry Wilcox has over 30 years experience in IT. He has held numerous senior management roles including : Sales and Marketing Director of CODA Group plc, Vice President of Kana Inc. and Chief Executive of Silknet Europe Limited. He is currently Commercial Director of Proactis Holdings PLC.
