Onine Marketing Role - SEM specialist
Maginus are now recruiting for an SEM specialist to join our growing online marketing services team.
We are looking for a highly-motivated and organised Search Engine Marketing Specialist. As part of the online marketing team, your key role will be to support the services offered by Maginus, mainly within SEO and PPC, however any experience of Affiliate and Email Marketing will be an advantage.
Key responsibilities are:
- Account Management & Optimisation
- Bid Management & Optimisation
- Performance Monitoring
- Traffic Analysis & Reporting
- Identify Opportunities for Growth
- Implement Best Practice
- Support Central SEM Tasks
Skills / Experience:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on SEO experience on Google, Y!SM and MSN; ideally client side
- Experience working with bid management and/or other SEM publishing tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions for manipulating text and data)
- Languages: Fluent in English; both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills including ability to manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
- Must have experience working in a team, and be able to interact with diverse groups of technical and non-technical people
- If necessary, able to work independently, with a confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Strong communication & social skills
- Drive for results
This is a hands-on role for someone who has a passion for SEM, loves working in the Internet and wants to take SEM and themselves to another level. Candidates must have a keen interest in the way Search Engine Marketing works and must demonstrate an inquisitive mind with an eagle eye for detail. Logical thinking, a passionate desire for accuracy and a can-do attitude are a key.
